According to some websites I read this is a reliable working bot for ogame. Don't know if
anyone still plays the game but if you do you might find this version quite useful.
Also you might want to follow this fellow advice:

i didn't say system32!!!! its the system folder
once it is in windows\system , u should run the following command from the start---> run :
regsvr32 \windows\system32\MSCOMCTL.OCX
it will say something like "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded" "
